The video shows you what to do but here are a few details.
To the side of the light cluster are two philips screws. These can be seen now that the rear door is open.
Undo the screws.
Pull the light cluster towards you. It may be jammed tight, leaver it out carefully.
You can now access the bulbs.
Replace the bulb, the cluster and the screws.
